Twelveth Week: Celebration and Teamwork

This week was full of exciting moments! It started with celebrating  Shaina's 18th birthday. I went to my friend's birthday party at Angel’s Pizza. The food smelled so good, and I couldn’t wait to eat! We had lots of pizza, pasta, and yummy food. We sat together, laughed, and took pictures to remember the fun. Everyone was happy, and it felt great to be with my friends.

After dinner, we went for a walk to Magallanes Coliseum. The night was cool, and the city lights made everything look so pretty. We talked and laughed, making silly jokes and having fun. It was a perfect night, and when it was time to go home, we kept talking about all the fun we had. It was a special birthday celebration that I’ll always remember.

The very next day, something just as exciting happened! My group and I had to do a performance where we introduced J.K. Rowling with a speech choir. We were a little nervous, but we practiced really hard. Everyone had their part to memorize, and we worked together as a team. When it was time for our turn, we all stood together, and we spoke with confidence, telling the crowd about J.K. Rowling and her amazing books, especially Harry Potter. Even though we were a little scared at first, we did our best and felt so proud afterward.

It was a week full of fun celebrations, teamwork, and proud moments. From the birthday party with all the laughter and games to the performance where we showed what we had learned, it was a week I will never forget. I’m so happy to have shared these moments with friends and to see how much we’ve all grown together.
