Eighth Week: Party, Laughter, Memories
This week was so much fun because we got to celebrate our friend’s birthday! They invited me to the party, and I was so excited to join. We started the day with karaoke, and let me tell you, it was so loud and silly! We sang our favorite songs as loudly as we could, even if some of us (including me!) didn’t sound so great. I got so into it that my voice cracked, and everyone burst out laughing. While we were singing, we snacked on chips, cookies, and other yummy treats to keep us full and happy. I couldn’t stop smiling because everything felt so fun and carefree.
The funniest part of the day was when we tried on Halloween costumes at a place called Anson’s Playground and Café. We picked the silliest costumes we could find. I and Reno decided to wear kids’ costumes which is that were way too small for us! I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw how funny we looked. Then, we heard a loud sound of one of the dresses that was ripped, and I laughed so hard my stomach hurt! Poor Reno even got stuck in his costume and couldn’t take it off, which made us all laugh even more. By the time the day ended, I was so tired from all the laughing and singing, but my heart felt full. It was one of the best days ever, and I’m so happy I got to be part of the celebration!
